Abstract This report describes the activities performed during the curricular internship in coordination of clinical studies, carried out within the scope of the Master’s in Clinical Research Management. The internship aimed to apply and consolidate the knowledge acquired during the first year of the master's degree. The internship in coordination of clinical studies promoted by BlueClinical occurred for nine months: at Unidade Local de Saúde da Guarda (ULSG), from September 2021 to January 2022, and at Unidade Local de Saúde de Matosinhos (ULSM), from January to May 2022. During this period, it was possible to participate as a study coordinator in approximately 80 clinical studies, interventional and observational. This function comprises a lot of different tasks, namely the preparation and conduction of participants' visits, the preparation of submission documents and communication with the Sponsor of the study. In addition, financial agreements management and feasibility management functions were also assumed during the internship period spent at ULSG. Although the scientific and professional richness offered by the curricular internship is unconsciously recognized, this report highlights it, as it turned out to be a reflection on everything that was experienced Topical name Clinical Studies coordination
